AARP Tax-Aide will be providing a free tax return preparation service at The Secular Hub located at 254 Knox Court, Denver. The site will be open on Thursdays from 9:30 – 2:30, February 1 through April 11, 2024. The last appointment will be at 2:00 each Thursday.
AARP Foundation Tax-Aide is available free to taxpayers with low and moderate income, with special attention to those 60 and older. Through a cadre of trained and IRS accredited volunteers, AARP Foundation Tax-Aide has helped low- to moderate-income individuals for more than 40 years in every state and the District of Columbia.
Clients will be seen by appointment for in-person tax preparation. Walk-in service without appointments is limited. Register for and make online appointments or request a callback at https://cotaxaide.org/appt. The online system is the preferred and most efficient way to obtain an appointment. If you are unable to access the appointment website, leave a message at 720-446-8039. Appointments can be made up to 4 weeks in advance, beginning on 1/18/24.
